《離愁與返鄉(十)The sorrow of being parted & returning home》

意外地，又一次參與海外短宣，從London飛到Amsterdam機場，再驅車前往位於Baak的「Ellel Ministries Nederland荷蘭事奉中心」，途經「Corrie Ten Boom House彭柯麗之家」，大夥兒下車體驗這個感人的故事。彭家為庇護二戰時期遭納粹追殺的猶太人，除彭柯麗倖存外，全家及部分親友皆命喪於集中營內。

戰後，Corrie Ten Boom成為宣教士，終身宣揚基督的愛與饒恕。屋內懸掛著一幅繡著皇冠的織布作品，繡線在正、反面呈現出截然不同圖樣，「Corrie Ten Boom」寫了一首詩：

《Life is But a Weaving 生命只是一幅編織》，令參觀者駐足沈思：「My life is but weaving between my God and me, I do not choose the colors, He works so steadily, Often times He weaves in sorrow, and I in foolish pride, Forget He sees the upper, and I the underside. Not till the loom silent, and the shuttle cease to fly, Will God unroll the canvas, and explain the reason way. The dark thread are as needful in the Weavers skillful hand. As the thread of gold and silver in the pattern He has planned.

我的人生，只是一幅編織品，介於上帝和我之間，我無法選擇顏色，祂的工作是持續進行的，很多時候，他以悲傷來編織作品，我卻用愚蠢的驕傲以對，忘記祂看到的是上面，而我看見的是下面。直到織機沉默，梭子停止運作，神才攤開畫布，並解釋其中原因所在。在嫻熟織工手裡，黑色線是不可或缺的；一如金線和銀線，在上帝所設計的圖案之中。」
