《初抵皮爾朋(二)》

Initial arrival at Pierrepont

週日成為真正的「安息日」，哪裡都不想去（沒有聚會、沒有服事）。週五早晨的「Communion聖餐禮拜」成了我的主日，從聽不懂英語講道信息到為妻子口譯（當然無法句句到位啦！）你想，這真是個神奇的旅程；這時候，你特別相信：連聽道都得被聖靈充滿（參使徒行傳十章44節），

而每次信息都一再地激勵你那無止境的灰心，初到Pierrepont，神透過講道信息，安慰了你惶恐不安的心：「You need to endure pains, cut off all things in the past, so that you could become a polished arrow then be hidden in the quiver, waiting to be used by God. 你必需要忍受痛苦，切斷一切過去，如此，你就可以成為磨亮的箭，然後隱藏在箭袋，等待被神使用。」

聖靈又透過第二週信息再次向你說話：「God is more willing to forgive and cleanse us than we are willing to confess our sin. God is willing to give us a second chance. 神願意原諒並且潔淨我們的心大過於我們願意認罪的心，上帝樂意給我們第二次機會。」
